The cancellation policy of the hotel indicates that the cancellation penalty is as follows:

For cancellations between 0 and 3 days before arrival the penalty of 100 % of the total reservation

Payment Policy

The payment of the reservation will be made as follows:

Payment Information

In case of a no-show or cancellation according to the policy, the corresponding charge or refund will be automatically processed to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
Guests must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for payment or as a booking guarantee during check-in.
By confirming a reservation, you agree that transaction fees and service charges are non-refundable. These costs will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation, as they relate to services provided during the booking process.

General Policies

1. Cancellations

Cancellations without penalty must be completed before the start of the check-in day. For example:

If check-in is on January 1 and the policy allows cancellations up to 2 days prior, the cancellation must be submitted before 11:59 p.m. on December 29.
Exceptions may be granted with prior hotel approval.

High Season Cancellations:

a) Cancellation up to 10 days prior to guest arrival: no charge applies.

b) Cancellation from 10 days to 48 hours before guest arrival: a charge of 1 night's stay plus a $100 service fee applies.

c) Cancellation within 48 hours before arrival: full charge for the entire stay.

d) In case of “No Shows,” the hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation.

e) If the reservation is changed to a different date than originally booked, the stay will be subject to availability and possible rate changes, plus a $100 service fee.

Low Season Cancellations:

a) Cancellation up to 72 hours before guest arrival: no charge applies.

b) Cancellation within 48 hours before arrival and No Shows: charge of 1 night’s stay applies.

c) If the reservation is changed to a different date than originally booked, the stay will be subject to availability and possible rate changes.

Early Departure:

a) Early departures are subject to a 100% penalty on the total reservation amount. Exceptions may be considered with prior hotel authorization.

Reservation Modifications:

a) Non-Refundable reservations do not allow date or name changes.

b) Extending the reservation will maintain the original policies and restrictions. Exceptions may be considered with prior hotel authorization.

c) For flexible rates, up to two changes (either name or date) are allowed, even during high season, without penalty except for a $100 service fee.

Refunds:

a) No refunds will be issued for early check-outs.

b) For flexible rate reservations with partial or full refunds allowed for cancellations, refunds will be processed after the corresponding request and confirmation. The refund will apply only as credit for a future stay.

Important Information:

a) Upon check-in, guests must present a government-issued photo ID (passport, INE, driver’s license), as mandated by law in Mexico.

b) All guests must be properly registered at the time of booking; otherwise, additional fees may apply at check-in.

c) If the number of guests exceeds the unit’s capacity, access will be denied to additional persons.

d) Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to check in.

e) Pets are not allowed.

Non-Refundable Charges:

By completing your reservation, you agree that transaction fees and associated service charges are non-refundable. This means that in the event of a cancellation, these costs will not be reimbursed as they cover services processed at the time of confirmation.

Force Majeure Policy

Natural Disaster

A return certificate will be issued for unused nights, valid for 1 calendar year. This certificate is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, and is subject to availability and restrictions.

Natural Disaster Alert

No penalty will apply for date changes made within 72 hours of the alert being issued.

No Shows

No penalty will apply from the time the alert is issued until 5 days after the hotel resumes normal operations.

Early Departure

No penalties will apply for early departures, and guests will receive a certificate for unused nights, valid for 1 year.

Rescheduling

The original rate will be honored for trips rescheduled within 1 year from the original booking date. Rescheduling must be completed within 30 days of the natural disaster, and is subject to seasonal restrictions.
