• Check-in will be at 3:00 PM.
• Check-out will be at 1:00 PM.
• Early Check-In, subject to availability with a charge of U$S50.00 in MXP TC of the day.
• The minimum age to check-in is 18 years old.
• Rates include taxes (16% VAT and 5% ISH).
•  Rates are expressed in national currency.
•  The Hotel will request official identification of the guest who made the reservation upon arrival.
• The cost of an extra person is $2,185.00 MXN (taxes included).
• Availability of accommodation in the same establishment for additional people is not guaranteed.
• The Hotel does not accept pets.
• The rooms have a safe, therefore the Hotel is not responsible for any object or valuable item not deposited in the safety deposit boxes, which are free of charge.

General Policies

1. High season cancellations:

a)  Cancellation up to 10 days before the client's arrival, no charge applies

b) Cancellation from 10 days to 48 hours before the client's arrival applies a charge of 1 Night's lodging plus a penalty of $100 service charge

c) Cancellation 48 hours before the client's arrival applies the total charge for the client's stay

d) In case of "No Shows” the hotel will charge the entire stay of the reservation

e) If for any reason the reservation is changed to a date different from the one established in the reservation, the space will be subject to availability and possible rate change, plus a penalty of 100 dollars service charge.

2. Cancellations Low season:

 a)   Cancellation up to 72 hours before the client's arrival, no charge applies

b)   Cancellation 48 hours before the client's arrival and No Show applies a charge of 1 night of accommodation

c)   If for any reason the reservation is changed to a date other than the one established in the reservation, the space will be subject to availability and possible rate change.

 3.  Early departure

a) Early departures generate a penalty of 100% on the total reservation, exceptions may be considered, with prior authorization from the hotel.

3. Reservation modifications:

A) Reservations No Refundable Changes of dates or names are not allowed.

B)  Extending your reservation implies maintaining the original policies and restrictions. Exceptions may be considered with prior authorization from the hotel.

C) In flexible rates, up to 2 changes of both name and date are allowed, even during high season, the change applies without penalty except for the service charge of 100 dollars.

4. Refunds:

a)    No refunds will be made for early check-out.

b)    For flexible reservations with partial or full refund due to cancellation, the refund will be processed after the corresponding request and confirmation and will apply only as for a future reservation.

5. Important Information

1)   Upon check-in, guests must present a photo ID (passport, INE, license) required by government order in the Mexican Republic.

2)   All guests must be properly registered at the time of booking; Otherwise, additional charges may apply at check-in.

3)   If the unit exceeds the number of allowed guests, access to any extra person will be denied.

4)   Guests under 18 years of age may only check in when accompanied by an adult.

5)   Only payments via transfer or charges to credit or debit cards and Amex are accepted for reservations and for consumption at consumption centers.

6)   Official ID is required for each guest staying except for minors

6. Non-Refundable Costs

By making your reservation, you agree that thetransaction fees and the associatedservice costs are non-refundable. This means that, in the event of cancellation of your reservation, these costs will not be refunded, since they correspond to the services processed at the time of confirmation.
