Payment Information


The charge for No Show or cancellation penalties according to the policies, will be automatically charged to the credit card to generate the reservation. The reservation must be paid 24 hours before the guest's arrival.


General Policies


1. High season cancellations:

a)  Cancellation up to 10 days before the client's arrival, no charge applies

b) Cancellation from 10 days to 48 hours before the client's arrival applies a charge of 1 Night's lodging plus a penalty of $100 service charge

c) Cancellation 48 hours before the client's arrival applies a charge for the total stay of the client

d) In case of “No Shows” the hotel will charge the entire stay of the reservation

e) If for any reason the reservation is changed to a date different from the one established in the reservation, the space will be subject to availability and possible rate change, plus a penalty of 100 dollars service charge.


2. Cancellations Low season:

 a)   Cancellation up to 72 hours before the client's arrival, no charge applies

b)   Cancellation 48 to Upon arrival of the client and No Show, a charge of 1 night's lodging applies

c)   If for any reason the reservation is changed to a date different from the one established in the reservation, the space will be subject to availability and possible rate change.

 

2.     Early departure:

a) Early departures generate a penalty of 100% on the total reservation, exceptions may be considered, with prior authorization from the hotel.

 

3. Reservation modifications:

A) Non-Refundablereservations do not allow date or name changes.

B) Extending your reservation requires maintaining the original policies and restrictions. Exceptions may be considered with prior authorization from the hotel.

C) In flexible rates, up to 2 changes of both name and date are allowed, even during high season, the change applies without penalty except for the service charge of 100 dollars.

 

4. Refunds:

a)    No refunds will be made for early check-out.

b)   For flexible reservations with partial or full refund due to cancellation, the refund will be processed after the corresponding request and confirmation and will only apply to a future reservation.

 

5. Important Information

a)  Upon check-in, guests must present a photo ID (passport, INE, license) required by government order in the Mexican Republic.

b)  All guests must be properly registered at the time of booking; Otherwise, additional charges may apply at check-in.

c)  If the unit exceeds the number of guests allowed, access to any extra person will be denied.

d)   Guests under 18 years of agemay only check in when accompanied by an adult.

e)   Pets are not allowed.


6. Non-Refundable Fees

By making your reservation, you agree that the associated transaction fees and service charges are non-refundable. This means that, in the event of cancellation of your reservation, these costs will not be refunded, as they correspond to the services processed at the time of confirmation.


Force Majeure Policy



1. Natural Disaster

A return certificate will be issued, valid for unused nights, within a period of 1 calendar year. This certificate is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, and is subject to availability and restrictions.

2. Natural Disaster Alert

There will be no penalty for date changes until 72 hours after the alert is issued.

3. No Shows

There will be no penalty from the time the alert is issued until 5 days after the hotel resumes normal operations.

4. Early Departure

Early departure will not incur penalties, and the guest will receive a certificate for the unused nights, valid for 1 year.

5. Rescheduling

The original rate will be guaranteed for travel taken within one year of the original booking date. Rescheduling must be done within 30 days of the natural disaster, with applicable seasonal restrictions.

6. Changes to the Policy

This policy may be subject to change without prior notice.
